2- Accurate measurement of the endometrium.

3- Assessment of the Adnexeal regions.

4- Accurate measurement of normal and abnormal Adnexeal structures.

5- Recognize and evaluate common endometrial and myometrial abnormalities.

6- Recognize and evaluate common ovarian abnormalities.

7- Folliculometry .
